Responsibilities include designing, writing technical specs and developing applications for the MBS IT business needs. Proven track record of successful delivery (IT projects).

1. The primary role of this person will be to…
 Understanding business requirements and functional specification and designing systems to meet the requirements.
 Developing the applications with high quality and productivity with in schedule.
 Primary focus on quality processes such as design & Code Reviews and inspections.
 Following TSP/PSP processes.
 Communicates, mentors and trains the team in tech spec development
 Prepares an efficient strategy for meeting development goals within the team.

Required Skills:(Must Have)
Understanding of the software development life cycle, excellent communications skills, Strong problem solving abilities and Technical design and development skills, specifically SQL Server, .NET (ASP.NET, VB.NET) CLR, C#, VB 6.0,COM+, VBScript, HTML. Technical decision making may be required. General problem solving and Good communications with the project team as well as teams in Redmond will result in better overall decision making.
• .NET/ASP.NET/C#• Strong in SQL Server 2000 & OOPS Concepts.
• Worked on Application Programming
• Understanding of SDLC Process
• Handled Onsite & Offshore Model

Nice to Have :
• Certification in PSP/TSP
• Experience or exposure to BizTalk Server
• Experience or exposure to Share point portal server
• Experience in Data warehousing
• Travel to overseas on business trips will be required.
